  • PTCs as Resettable Current Fuses

    Ceramic PTC re-settable current fuses offer several benefits over conventional fuses by effectively limiting the through current.

  • ATC3 Series 1% Accuracy NTC Thermistors

    Our ATC3 series of rigid lead NTC thermistors offers the widest range of resistance values from 900ohms to 470kohms.  ±1% accuracy plus tape/reel options makes this range very flexible and cost-effective.

  • BTS1 Screw-In Temperature Sensors

    A typical screw-in fluid temperature sensor with 1/8″BSP gas thread and integral connector.  Various NTCs or Pt100s etc. can be incorporated in these sensors to help customise it for a given application.

    • Fast response design (Tc ≤ 5s)
    • R25 Accuracy ±0.3°C or better

  • BTS2 Thinwall Stainless Temperature Sensors

    Stainless steel 3mm diameter thin-wall temperature sensor with 1/4″BSP gas thread and integral connector.  Suitable for boiler flues and air sensing applications with a time constant (Tc) of less than 3s.

    • Very fast response design (Tc < 3s)
    • Suitable from -40°C/+150°C
    • R25 accuracy ±1% (+/-0.3°C)
  • BTS4 Push-Fit/Clip-In Temperature Sensors

    Push-fit or clip-in temperature sensors in brass with integral o-ring and very fast-response tip.  Perfect for composite heat exchangers with a time constant of less than 3s.

  • SKTY Sensors - Linear PTC Elements

    The SKTY series of linear PTC sensing elements offers replacements for the once common KTY temperature sensors. These linear PTCs are sometimes known as PTC1000 or PTC2000 sensors.

    • R25 values of 1k ohms and 2k ohms available
    • R25 tolerance ±1% at 25°C
    • Operating temperature range: -50°C to +150°C
  • IP68 RTD Temperature Sensor Probes

    Our IP68 platinum temperature sensors offer an even higher water-proof integrity than the W-SZK type. Water ingress is not an issue and these probes are available with Pt100, Pt500 or Pt1000 RTD elements.

  • FRP1 Fast Response Temperature Probes

    ATC Semitec’s FRP1 sensor has a 2.1mm dia tip in a 316 stainless housing with a brass mounting collar.  This fast response NTC thermistor probe is ideal for hot water temperature applications.

    • Accuracy possible to ±0.2K (over 0-70°C)

  • STS2 Series Ring Terminal Temperature Sensors

    Our STS2 series of ring terminal temperature sensors are available with M3 & M4 fixings in insert-moulded housings.  Plastic and metal ring sensors also available with other hole sizes; M5, M6, M8 etc.

  • FRP2 Exposed Tip Temperature Sensor

    ATC Semitec’s FRP2 sensor assembly uses an exposed glass bead NTC thermistor to maximise its thermal response.  The exposed sensor measures air temperature change within seconds and is suitable for use up to 250°C.

    A range of axial glass-encapsulated diode style NTC Thermistors suitable for accurate temperature control and temperature compensation up to 200°C.

  • BTS3 IP67 Rated Pipe-Clip Surface Sensors

    IP67 rated clip-on temperature sensors for pipe diameters from 13~28mm.  The NTC is housed in a miniature metal probe to optimise the thermal response, typically ≤1s.

    ATC Semitec’s  FRP3 temperature sensor is fitted with an industry standard 1/8″BSPG thread and integral connector.  Commonly used in gas boilers, they are perfect low-cost sensors for numerous applications.

  • FRP4 Stud Mount Temperature Sensor

    Fast response M5 stud temperature sensor assembly in brass or PPS with the NTC thermistor housed within the screw thread portion to optimise the thermal response.  Different thread sizes and body materials available.

  • FRP5 Thinwall Tip Temperature Sensor

    The FRP5 sensor design offers a 2.1mm diameter x 7.6mm long thin-wall sensing tip in 316 stainless steel.  This maximises the NTC position inserted in the fluid for the fastest possible speed of response.

  • BTS5 Immersion Temperature Sensor

    This composite design immersion temperature sensor, which has an NTC Thermistor positioned within the thin-wall stainless steel tip offers a very fast response with a time constant of typically less than 1 second. Screw-thread or push-fit mounting options.
