  • Heraeus Platinum Pt100, Pt500 & Pt1000 RTD Sensor Elements

    Heraeus Nexensos are world-leaders in platinum thin film technology and their range of platinum sensors offer some of the smallest RTD elements available.

    Conforming to DIN EN 60751 (IEC 751), they are laser-trimmed for high accuracy and sealed in glass to ensure complete life-time integrity.

  • Heraeus C - Cryogenic

    Heraeus C series thin-film PRTDs are suitable for use in cryogenic applications and combine the curve characteristics of ceramic wire-wounds with the vibration resistance of glass wire-wounds.

  • Heraeus L Series

    Heraeus L series platinum temperature sensors are easy to solder and are characterised by their long-term stability, excellent precision over a wide temperature range and compatibility.

    • Temperature Range from -50°C to +400°C
    • Temperature Coefficient (TCR) typically 3850 ppm
    • Constructed with highly-solderable AgPd lead wires.
  • M - Medium

    M-series platinum temperature sensors are characterised by long-term stability, excellent precision over a wide temperature range and compatibility, making them the best choice for most applications.

    Platinum micro-heaters are characterised by their long-term stability and excellent precision over a wide temperature range.  These miniature heating elements allow gases, solids or liquids to be heated with high precision and a short reaction time.

    Surface mount RTD Elements designed for automated p.c.b. mounting in high-volume applications.  Three sizes 0603, 0805 and 1206 are available together with AEC-Q200 automotive qualified versions.

  • Heraeus Sinterable Temperature Sensor

    This sinterable platinum sensor has electrodes designed for aluminium thick wire bonding.  The reverse side is designed for a silver sinter process with both sides electrically isolated from each other.

    • Temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR): 3850 ppm/K
    • Temperature range from -50°C to +200°C
    • 3.1mm long x 1.5mm wide (0.55mm high)
  • Heraeus SOT / TO Sensors

    Characterised by a standardised signal according to DIN EN 60751, interchangeability, excellent long time stability and accuracy.

  • Heraeus PCB Platinum Sensors

    The temperature sensor in an SMD model forms the measurement active element on a PCB. The chip is connected with terminal faces either with a thin conductive path or via meandering circuit board conductors in order to reduce heat dissipation and to prevent corruption of the measuring results.
