Semitec’s robust glass-bead NT-4 series of thermistors have very high heat resistance and are highly sensitive, making them ideal for accurate, high temperature control.

Compared to conventional NTCs the NT-4 series  small 1.25mm bead head diameter enables more accurate, faster response times, making them ideal for use in the latest technologies within medical devices, automotive sensors, home appliances and 3D printers.

• Temperature range from -50° C to +300° C
• 70mm lead-wires for ease of assembly
• Resistance values 5kohms to 1Mohms
