ATC Semitec’s range of glass thermistors includes NT-4 radial glass beads, ATCD series DO-35 diode style NTCs and FT thin film thermistors, suitable for accurate high temperature control up to 300°C.
Advantages of glass encapsulated thermistors include superior long-term stability, reliability and fast thermal response times. They are specifically used for high temperature measurement and also where moisture ingress or high humidity would be a problem. Their small size and very stable characteristics makes them highly suitable for applications such as 3D printers, automotive sensors, home appliances and medical devices.

Semitec NT-4 Glass Bead ThermistorSemitec’s NT-4 series thermistor is a small, glass-encapsulated bead NTC sensor. The bead size is just 1.25mm diameter, extremely robust and ensures the NT-4 has a fast-response and also moisture resistant.
