Our Range includes:

  • NTC ring surface temperature sensors in plastic, metal and plastic/metal fittings to suit your application.
  • Thin-film JT NTC thermistor sensors offer very fast-acting response for electronics, air-sensing
    and medical applications, particularly in space-constrained set-ups. Similar leaf-style high temperature sensors offer control accuracy up to 250°C in office automation products.
  • Pipe-clip surface temperature sensors can monitor internal fluid temperatures from the outside of the metal pipes on which they are located. Pipe diameters from 12mm to 28mm can be measured with accuracies as close as ±1K and thermal response times of less than 1 second. Ideal for HVAC applications.

  • STS2 Series Ring Terminal Temperature Sensors

    Our STS2 series of ring terminal temperature sensors are available with M3 & M4 fixings in insert-moulded housings.  Plastic and metal ring sensors also available with other hole sizes; M5, M6, M8 etc.

    • Fast response (Tc≤ 5s)
    • Accuracy ±1% or better
    • Operating temperature range: -50°C to +150°C
  • Semitec JT -Ultra thin flexible film NTC thermistor. Positioned close tot the heat source - 1% accuracy - fast response
    Semitec JT Ultra-Thin Flexible Film NTC Thermistor

    Semitec’s JT series thermistors are ultra-thin flexible film NTCs that provide a very fast response to temperature change.  Laminated within 2 polymer layers, it is one of thinnest available worldwide.

    • Maximum 0.5mm thickness ensures fast response time
    • Flexible film format, with various R25 values
    • Operating range -50°C/+125°C
  • ATC Semitec STS1 Pipe Clip Temperature Sensor
    STS1 Clip-on Pipe Temperature Sensors

    The STS1 pipe-clip temperature sensor is IP67 rated and using our FT thin-film thermistor, it offers a very fast thermal response.  Suitable for Legionnaires monitoring and hot water boiler systems.

    • Typical Time Constant (Tc) = ≤1s
    • Temperature Accuracy at 85°C is ±1°C

  • Popular JT flexible NTC thermistor with leads and connector. Thin film NTC can be placed close to the heat source - giving high accuracy fast response. Bespoke solutions available.

    This versatile temperature sensor assembly is ideal for air-sensing, particularly for use in fire alarms and heat detectors, component and battery monitoring, rechargeable batteries and medical sensors.
