YAGEO Nexensos PCB RTD Temperature Sensors
YAGEO Nexensos p.c.b. temperature sensors were originally designed for use in calorimetry metering in district heating systems. The temperature sensor uses an SMD Pt100 (or Pt500 or Pt1000) mounted onto a thin p.c.b. making it very easy to auto-assemble into the calorimeter or other heat-source control.
These p.c.b. temperature sensors are also used to simplify RTD probe assembly and can be inserted into metal tubes or used in over-moulded TPE encapsulated sensors. The fixed position of the SMD Pt100 means the sensing element takes the guesswork out of probe assembly and will be in the exact same location in each probe, ensuring very consistent and repeatable results.
Three different p.c.b. sizes are available, please see table below for dimensions.
